The rules for using Dime Dime Baby AI, including what you may upload, how credits work and what you may do with your videos.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Dime Dime Baby AI (dimedimebaby.video, "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Dime Dime Baby AI.

What Dime Dime Baby AI is

Dime Dime Baby AI is an independent tool. You upload a photo and we use a third-party AI video model to make a short, silent video of the person in the photo doing the viral Dime Dime Baby quinceañera dance. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by @eve.el.cholo, KAROL G, Judeline, rusowsky, their record labels, CapCut or TikTok. All names are used only to describe the trend the videos refer to.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What you may upload

You may only upload a photo of yourself, or of an adult who has given you permission to make a video of them. You must not upload:

photos of anyone under 18;
photos of anyone who has not agreed, including celebrities and public figures;
sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content;
photos you don't have the right to use.

Do not use your videos to deceive people, to impersonate someone or to harass anyone. We may refuse a photo, remove a video or close an account that breaks these rules. Our video provider also runs its own safety filters and may block some photos.

Credits and payments

Videos are paid for with credits, sold as one-time packs. There is no subscription.
Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
Credits never expire. A failed or blocked render gives its credits back automatically.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Your videos

You may download your videos and share them on social media for personal, non-commercial use.
The scene in the videos is based on a video another person posted on TikTok. We do not own the rights to that video, the event shown in it, the people in its background or the song the trend uses. Do not use the videos commercially or in a way that suggests endorsement by anyone shown or referred to.
The videos are silent. Any music you add when you post is between you and the platform you post on.
Results are AI-generated. They will look like the person in the photo, but not exactly like them.

Our service

We provide Dime Dime Baby AI "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or that every render will succeed. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
